Paul Campion - Senior Minister
Paul has been serving as Senior Minister of Shirley Baptist Church since November 2007. This is a very significant time in the life of the church, and Paul is encouraging the congregation to think creatively about how to be a central part of the local community. Paul is married to Frances, and they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. For relaxation Paul enjoys reading and cycling. Paul and Frances also spend time visiting their family who are now scattered across the UK.

Alongside Paul, Martin and Jacquie there is a group of Deacons who are elected by the members of the church and who bring servant leadership and formal oversight to the whole life of the church. Each deacon looks after some elements of the life of the church, meeting regularly for discussion and reflection on God's will.
Kairos Coffee is run by a management group from the church, but also employs 3 members of staff who oversee the day to day running of the shop. Clare is the manager, alongside two assistant managers and a team of volunteers.
