Journey out of Lockdown
Shirley Baptist Church, like other churches, is looking forward to increasing the activities which take place in the church building alongside the Government easing of restrictions.
This will involve the opportunity for you to attend the services in the church building or watch online, whichever you prefer, and also the gradual introduction of some of our mid-week activities, and of course the re-opening of Kairos Coffee.
Current arrangements are as follows:
Our normal pattern on Sunday mornings is that there is a SBCKids programme which is available online from 9.00am, a SBCWorship service livestreamed at 10.00am and a SBCYouth session which can be accessed by contacting the Church Office in the first instance.
These will all continue for the time being, but with the opportunity of attending the service in the building for some Sundays in the near future. We are also gradually introducing live bands for some of the services.
A link each of these can be found below and details of the upcoming SBCWorship services can be found here.
We have also recently introduced a Zoom ‘Coffee and Connect’ following the service, and the link for this is available from the Church Office.
As well as the above, there's lots of other stuff going on online. So check out our Facebook page for other upcoming online events.
